Selenite clears blockages and densities in the energy field and physical body. It strongly resonates with the upper chakras. Selenite wands can be used to direct energy and clear energetic leakages throughout the body and the chakras.
~ How to work with the wand?
Although there are many ways to work with a Selenite Chakra wand, some of my favorites are for Aura cleansing and chakra clearing.
- Aura Cleansing:
Start at the top of your head, on your crown chakra, holding the wand about four inches from your body. Slowly bring the crystal down your body as if you are combing your aura. Visualize the wand brushing away all the energetic debris, anxiety etc, and sealing any energetic leakage that might exist. This a lovely and very easy technique, that takes only a few minutes, and that you can do each day to keep up with your "energetic hygiene".
- Chakra Clearing:
Start at the root chakra (or base chakra), pointing the quartz point towards your body, and placing one finger on the root chakra stone on the wand. Slowly move the wand in a counter clock-wise motion for as much as you need to, then brush the excess energy away from the chakra, as if you are combing it. And then proceed with a clock-wise motion, once again pointing the wand at your chakra.
Do the same thing with all 7 chakras, and as you do, remember do switch your finger to be in direct contact with the stone of the chakra you're clearing.
